Tandoori Shrimp
Our Tandoori Shrimp Marinade is a medley of aromatic spices, herbs, and yogurt, inspired by the traditional tandoor clay oven cooking method. The marinade boasts a rich blend of flavors, with prominent notes of cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, garlic, and a touch of smokiness. As the shrimp soaks in the Tandoori Marinade, it absorbs the robust flavors, resulting in tender meat that's infused with the essence of Indian spices.

To achieve the best results when grilling or pan searing marinated meats, follow these care instructions:
Stove Top: Preheat a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil to the pan to prevent sticking. Carefully place the marinated chicken in the pan, ensuring it is evenly spaced. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to the recommended temperature (usually around 400°F or 200°C). Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the marinated chicken in a single layer in the basket, ensuring there is enough space between each piece. Cook for approximately 15-20 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through the cooking time. Check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer. Once done, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Traditional Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grill grates to prevent sticking. Place the marinated chicken on the preheated grill. Close the lid and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chicken pieces. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Traditional Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. If desired, brush any remaining marinade over the chicken for added flavor. Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Remember to adjust cooking times based on the thickness of the chicken pieces and to always use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is fully cooked.
